Using artificial intelligence
The Information, Advice and Support Services Network (IASSN) has issued a statement on the use of artificial intelligence (AI). AI should not be used as a substitute for qualified information and advice , it cannot be relied upon for accurate or comprehensive information because it may provide outdated, incomplete or incorrect responses, particularly in complex areas, such as SEND education.
