Eligibility

Our end to end Supported Internships are available to 16 (preferably 18) to 24 year olds with a current EHCP, who will benefit from one to one job coaching over an extended period of time.

We offer a wide range of vocational experience. Each young person can try up to 3 different roles over the 38 week programme, which could include:

• Retail
• Horticulture 
• Customer Service
• Maintenance
• Manufacturing
• Catering
• Hospitality 
• Concierge (hotel) 

• House-keeping and H&S

Outcomes

We expect a minimum of 70% of successful Supported Interns to move into paid employment, either with a new employer, or for those requiring longer term support, within our own commercial enterprises.
